Terrible service. Staff screaming at customers.

Every time I get a voucher from Absa and try to redeem it at Steers Bel Air they have some excuse on why they can't accept the voucher. This has been happening since last year. I've never had a problem with other branches or Burger king. Why partner with Absa if you don't want to honor the vouchers. The lady on duty this morning was screaming at me coz I was standing at the door checking what time they open(trading hours are not even specified on the door). I was there at 9:45 and didn't know they open at 10am. Staff needs training on customer service.
