Terrible service. Rude driver. Cold food. No response from management

I order takeaways for delivery from Steers at Rustenburg Square. The order took an hour and 40 min to be delivered to me. My address is about 10min drive if traffic is bad. When my order arived the driver said I should give him a tip. I have already paid R15 delivery fee. He was very rude when I refused. My food was ice cold and my coke was hot. It was as if the coke was put in the sun. It was almost as if the driver took this long due to no tip showing on the receipt as I made payment online. When I requested the driver's name to report it he said his name was Happy. When I phoned Steers to lodge my complaint the person answering the phone said the driver **** about his name because there is no Happy driving for Steers. The person said that the manager is busy sorting stock and wil get back to me after 10min. It is now more than an hour after I phoned and no response yet. They took my order number and nothing happened. It is unacceptable when you pay that much money for food and it gets to you ice cold with a rude driver demanding money.
