Terrible Service from the Monument Park Steers store

Absolutely appalled by terrible service.

We made an online order at around 7 PM from the Monument Park Steers branch. After waiting for more than an hour, I phoned the store and was told that "they have many deliveries this evening" and that "our order has left the store." It's now more than 2.5 hours later and our food never arrived (after paying online ahead of time - including a tip for the driver).

We attempted to contact the branch telephonically numerous times, only to be greeted by an automated "sorry, your call cannot be taken right now" and according to google, the branch is now closed AFTER we paid for our food but NEVER received it.

We are absolutely appalled and disgusted by the lack of customer service (we could not even get a hold of a manager to speak to).

We truly hope that something is done about the terrible management at this store. Until then, we will never order from them again.
