Terrible service by Pretty

I was served by a lady called Pretty, i ordered two wacky wednesdays and she rang one, when we checked the slip we realised that she rang only one and went to ask her, and instead of apologising and fixing the order she kept on saying i said two burgers and i told her that i said two wacky wednesdays, i mean why would i say two burgers because all burgers have names there, you cant just say burgers. I didnt like the way she kept on cutting me when i was talking, this is bad service. We were happy when the new Steers(uptown) opened but it seems like we must continue going to the one downtown to avoid bad service
