Terrible Service at Steers The Glen Shopping Mall

I'm am writing this letter to inform you of my official complaint against the Steers franchise in The Glen Shopping Mall.

On Thursday, the 29th of August 2019, I ordered and paid the following at the counter:

1 Kids Kids Chk Brg Smal Chips 2 Ex cheese slice 1 Smal Chk Salad 1 Buddy Coke

I was with my daughter on the day and ordered the above. There was not a single person in the line before me. I continued to place my order and waited over half an hour and still didn't receive any food. Eventually, I asked someone what is the hold up because people who came after me had already received their food, ate and left. I then requested that they atleast provide me with my daughter's food as she was extremely hungry. Even after my daughter ate i still didnt receive the rest of my order. I decided to leave as I had other commitments to attend to.

My grievance in the matter is that I have previously ordered a chicken salad at other restaurants and it took less than 5 minutes until I had my food. No-one came to me to advise me what the problem is until I had to ask.

Additionally, there were 3 guys that came to inspect the restaurant and I thought I might just complain to them right then and there, but I didn't.

I sincerely hope this issue would be resolved to improve customer service.

NB: On Monday 02 September 2019, I wrote to Steers through their website contact page and has still not received a response or acknowledgment.
