I visited Steers Protea Glen on [date, 2025-12-15] and had an extremely disappointing experience. I ordered a Real Chicken Feast (full chicken, coleslaw, and green salad) at 18:17, and despite being told it would take 25-30 minutes, it wasn't ready even after 57 minutes.

When I asked to speak with the manager, no one came to address my concerns. The staff, including a guy named Zolani, were unhelpful and seemed unbothered by the long wait times. The store was filthy and the overall service was appalling.

I cancelled my order (R270) and left, disappointed. I've never had such a terrible experience at a fast-food outlet.
