Terrible service at Steers Chris Hani

i, I had the worst experience with the Steers at Chris Hani. I placed an order yesterday at 16:10 for three burgers and a rib snack meal. The cashier took my order and asked the cooking staff to start preparing it when one of them(Sihle) started complaining that the chicken would take too long for him to prepare. The cashier told him that he has to prepare it either way. I decided to visit a couple of stores while I wait for my order and returned about 40 minutes later. Upon my return orders number 100 and upwards were being called up an I decided to wait a little because they did say that my chicken might take long. I waited for about another 25minutes then decided that I just had to ask what I was going on because I have never waited this long for a Steers meal before. I decided to go and ask how far they were with my order. The cashier asked Sihle where the food was and he said he never prepared it. So I was waiting there for food that was not even being prepared. I asked that they just give me my money and I would go somewhere else. The manager was called so he could help with the refund but he apologized on behalf of the staff (Sihle) and asked I wait just a little bit longer the food will be prepared and done now. I then decided to wait for my burgers an rib snack. When I got home I found they gave me the wrong chicken, I had ordered mild but I got an undercooked lemon and herb. The ribs were also under done, they were practically still oinking. I called in to complain yesterday and they said they would call me back but im still waiting. I have never had trouble at a Steers outlet before. The service was completely terrible at this particular Steers and I am really disappointed. It was disgusting!
