Terrible service and no coffee!

I was early for a business appointment and decided, after searching for a suitable place, to stop at Steers for a coffee. Went into the store, two customers waiting and three seated. Two staff behind the counter, one of whom totally ignored me and the other was busy serving tea to the one occupied table. She then came back behind the counter and disappeared from sight. The other customer's order was then ready and the seated staff member then got up and packaged her order and then at last asked me what i would like. I ordered a cup of coffed. He started to ring it up when the other staff member reappeared from the back only to inform me i would have to have tea as they do not have coffee. So i left. Extremely disappointed as i am not used to such bad service from Steers
