Terrible Service and Low Quality Food

My recent order was disappointing — the patties were dry, fried were dry and some burnt, the bacon wasn’t tasty, and the wings were burnt. When I spoke to the manager, Palesa, she was rude and said “nothing will happen” since I couldn’t come in for a food swap, and even accused me of lying. Very poor service.
