Terrible service

What terrible service. Ordered on your app, order is missing items, called your Call Centre, who said my problem will be attended to within 24-48 hours!! So 2 people in my house must go without food because the store (Highlands Centre Lyttelton) can't assist me with my order that THEY prepared and THEY incorrectly delivered 🤬.
