terrible service

my 1st experience visiting that side then i get such poor service like this , i got to steers fisha Giramando on the 8th April to purchase a burger the lady(Mulalo) who was serving me was not happy at all 1stly she punched in the wrong amount when i asked her she said they don't have coke and i asked her why she didn't inform me than to just do as she pleases i did not get any apology for that then 2ndly she swipes my card twice then when i asked again why is she doing such then she said i should have read the slip myself , my friend also purchased a burger but using cash and she throw the cash at use we asked for a manager and she just looked at us and walked away ,i am so shocked this is my 1st time getting such from steers or is it because she could tell by the language that i am not from that side i love that takeaway restaurant but the people who get hired should just get proper training please.
