Terrible service

<p>Spent roughly 5-10minutes waiting to place my order at Steers Rondebosch on Saturday. The restaurant was quiet and there was only one cashier available at the time. The customer in front of me spent 5-10 minutes chatting with the cashier about what to order and seeking advice. I knew I wanted a good old King Steer long before I entered. As mentioned restaurant was quiet , no food was being prepared whilst I stood in the line , but unfortunatley no other staff member could come to my rescue. Eventually I informed the manager , no apology but she did offer to take my order , but by then I was obviously frustrated and left. It was as if the manager and cashier were unaware that this is the fast food game and there should be a need for speed. I will give McD or Burger King a go next time. </p>
