Terrible meal ever

Order no DFD***4 On Monday the 11th May 2020 I ordered a meal at Steerrs through the Mr D Food app.

The quality of Steers meal was pathetic, not fresh at all. I wouldn't be surprised if it was prepared before the lock down the way it was so terrible. I logged an enquiry via the Mr D Food app with no response from Steers.

I need my refund, I can't even ask for another food because I'm scared that I'm gonna get worse quality.
