Terrible manager leads to terrible experience at Steers

Terrible experience at Steers, corner of Lobelia and Main Rd, Somerset West. Late at night. Go there with my Absa Steers voucher. Place order, but they don't want to take my Absa voucher, some weak excuse about the system is not connected or something. After I paid I see on the slip the guy entered my order completely wrong, even after I double checked everything with him and he even repeated my order back to me correctly. He ringed up 2x KS Big Bacon instead of 2x classic Bacon & cheese. MASSIVE difference. After him and the supervisor struggle to refund me, Manager creeps out from hiding in the corner to come and help. I explained to him about the Absa voucher, he just shrugs. No apology. He says his staff should have entered the code. I ask him if he will do it now. He shrugs. Nothing. Just refunds me cash on my credit card purchase for the difference, did not even want to reverse the first transaction and ring up a new one. The manager looks like he just doesn't care and does not want to be there. No respect, no apology, no service. It was a ********** experience. Worst Steers, worst manager.
