Terrible Hygiene and Terrible Serivce

I ordered a burger and waited for a very long time. While I waited I witnessed the staff chatting and laughing (looking very unproductive) and a staff member who is part of handling food was eating greasy, grilled chicken with her hands in the back, she proceeded to lick her fingers. It was very off putting and unhygienic. I decided i didn't have the energy to complain so I left it, until this happened the next time I went there: I ordered two burgers and asked for pickles on them. When we got home we saw that there were no pickles on the burgers but, they still charged us for extra pickles on the bill. I was unable to finish my burger because the patty was so raw on the inside. The food is not worth the price nor the terrible service. I also do not feel comfortable with such an unprofessional staff handling my food.
