Terrible food but worse service

OMG....more than an hour spend at Touwsriver Steers and no or bad food.12 people 4 families(together) Steers ran out of 50g patties, decided its ok to cut a 100g patty in half and put this on a burger. The staff thought half a burger half the cooking time. The burgers was not only half the size , half cooked and cold , no cheese, no sauce. Big sign coffee , not even a coffee machine. Under pressure received 8 chips, yes only 8 chips, I was wondering if this was the new Steers streetwise two version. Not only was the food bad but the attitude , not of the staff but the MANAGER , who refused twice to come out of the office and only when the customers wanted to go there did she come out. Where is the managerial skills? Please don't give me the excuse this is a newly opened Steers as all the old staff has been employed and should by now know the ropes. <br> Not only did we leave the Steers upset, disappointed but hungry too.<br> <br> An explanation regarding my compliment but more so the managers attitude would be highly appreciated.<br>
