Terrible food/bad service and hair in a burger

I called the Steers in Welgemoed 10 minutes before collecting to place my order. The phone is situated underneath a fan so it's almost impossible to hear the person on the other side but that isn't my problem. The woman who answered the phone assisted me when I arrived and was clearly annoyed with me as I had complained on the phone that I could barely hear what she was saying. The food was already done and packed out I presumed the store had been quiet. When I got home, our chips, all 3 of them were stuck to the paper they were in and were cold. They had obviously been cooked a while prior to me placing the order. My Rave burger meal, outside of the cold chips consisted of a coke with no straw and a very sad excuse for a burger. The roll tasted burnt and was black. The sauces were blobs on either bun and the thinnest, driest little patti on the inside. I wasn't going to complain about that because I figured 1 meal (worth almost R50) isn't going to break the bank, but I won't go back. Then my son eats his burger and pulls a piece of hair out of the bite, with the rest of it still in the burger. What a revolting experience. Happy to send you photos as proof.
