Terrible food and service. Incompetence from the kitchen

The food was bad. The burgers were dry as if they been there the whole day and just warmed. There was no sauce on some of the burgers. Items like fries as well as patties were missing. This is not the first time that things like this has happened. Not fresh food and missing items. Really disappointing from such a large franchise.
