terrible food

I went to steers and bought two burgers and regular chips.I waited for the food for 38 minutes.i was famished.place was crawling with ****roaches .when I finally got the food I went home.the chips were burnt.and the Pattie was as dry as icing on a cake.how can u give people such food.I took a bite and it was not edible had to throw it away.if they were open I would take it back.thats how bad it was had to throw it away and make a sandwich.I took a pic for evidence. I'm taking this matter further.what a waste of my money.I'm also going to report this to health inspectors.this is not on.steers needs to clean up their act.im so dissapointed.i wish there was an option to attach the pic so u could see how appealing the food looks.I feel cheated out of my money.the staff should take pride in their jobs.it's a job that helps them pay the bill's.u don't serve another human such not even if the food was free.I'm hurt and disgusted.I want my money back.u should go to burger rack in cresta and taste their food.and see how diligent the staff is.they can teach u a few things<br>
