Terrible experience because of bad service

I had terrible experience with the Maponya branch. I ordered online this morning around 10H18 only to receive my order at 15H00 (almost after 5 hours), the food i received is not fresh it is cold and stale. I have just wasted my R200 for disappointing experirince.
