Terrible customer Service ,Food and atmosphere

Steers at Ennerdale (The pits)

Got my delivery found that there were items missing I called the restaurant to correct this and I was told there’s no items missing. I told them politely that there are items missing and the guy on the phone literally treated me as if I come from a mad house clearly no customer service etiquette whatsoever.so I Decided to go the restaurant myself.when I got there I’m being told the same thing only to find out there was an error on their side comparison between their slip and my slip on the app..pathetic much. I fully understand that mistakes happen but backing up mistakes without checking the order carefully is the poison I’m not willing to stomach.So you mean to tell me if I didn’t go to the restaurant myself I was going to have to be content with poor quality service. Definitely would never recommend such.
