TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE ESPECIALLY TO FELLOW BLACKS!

I just experienced something for the second if not the third time and I must say, it's pretty disturbing.

I was at Steers on the 6th of Dec for the regular Wacky Wednesday. I work around Cresta Shopping Center so I'm usually there around past 12h00 to place my order then head back to the office. I know it gets full so I don't want to cause an inconvenience on my side by having to wait in line during my lunch because it's only 30mins. My lunch is at 12h30 so that means I'll be back by 12h40 to collect my order. I get there and my order was given to someone else because I was not around. That did not sit well with me but I let it pass. What irritated me was the girl that took my receipt to check my order number. Her name is Nokwazi. She saw my order number and started screaming, "Are you for real? Your order was called out so many times, where have you been!?" She was so loud, she drew a lot of attention and that made me very uncomfortable. I stood there and I told her that I have things to do. She told me how she cannot hold my order because I'm busy and that it isn't her fault that I left. This was not my first rodeo with her. I've seen that she has an attitude but ignored it thinking that maybe it wasn't a great day. That Wednesday was proof that she's just a problem. I got my Wacky Wednesday order but not the one I asked for but again I kept quiet.

I went again on the 13th of December. I got there and Nokwazi was on her phone. I greeted her and I was ignored, then she called Sabelo to come and assist me. While Sabelo was assisting me, a white lady comes to the till and Nokwazi quickly placed her phone away and assisted the lady with the biggest smile I have seen from her. When my order comes, by beef burgers were not ripe. As someone who has been treated like that, won't I think that maybe the burgers weren't ripe on purpose? Knowing that the person you have to complain to makes noise and draws unnecessary attention? Talks to you like you're a kid?

Nokwazi has pushed me to my limit. At this point, I hope something will be done about her behavior because I can bet right now that I'm not the only one that has experienced that terrible service. It's so bad, Sabelo had to apologize on her behalf, but he was whispering!

STEERS CRESTA MALL, I'M A REGULAR CUSTOMER BUT I CANNOT STAND NOKWAZI. I HAD TO MAKE SURE THAT IT'S KNOWN!

AGAIN, THIS WAS IN CRESTA SHOPPING CENTER. THEIR NUMBER IS *** THEY DO NOT HAVE AN EMAIL ADDRESS ON THEIR SITE
