Terrible Customer Service

I placed an order at 14:13 on the 24th of January 2025 at Engen Steers Mankwe, Mogwase, North West. At 16:42 I got a notification that my order in on the way with a driver named Tumisang. Then at 16:57 another notification said that my order has arrived but I have not received anything. It has been 3 hours and my order is still no where to be found!!! This is utterly disgusting and unprofessional behaviour from such a well known establishment to say the least. I then called and was told to call again after 15mins to which I was out on hold and then the call ended without speaking to anyone!!!!!!
