Terrible Customer Service

I purchased a bottle of steers sauce for R25 when i opened it its was bubbling all over the place creating a huge mess and all over lunch i contacted steers they promised to send a voucher which i did receive which was for the amount of R40 ( pathetic really ) apparently the cause of the sauce bubbling is that the sauce was fermenting in the bottle to which they said they doing a recall of that batch as the whole batch could be bad. I am definitely not happy i mean what is R40 were is the customer service ?.
