Terrible customer service

TERRIBLE.

We ordered our dinner online, got a confirm order with a notification saying unable to deliver. We proceeded to phone steers to find out if our order will be delivered and the lady confirmed our order AND delivery.

1 HOUR later we still have no dinner. We phoned and were told that we need to pick up our dinner the next morning.

@steers this is pathetic. Your system is broken. Why did i have the option to pay for my dinner AND delivery and tip to the driver online if there would be no drivers available?

And how can i be told to pick up my dinner the next morning? This is the last time i support you
