Terrible burger, no response to complaint

I shared my bad experience on 8 September at the Jean Avenue branch. I specifically, in capital letters, requested on Uber Eats NO BARBEQUE SAUCE. I absolutely despise the stuff, but I love the rest of the Steers burgers and their chips. My burger was literally soaked in the stuff. I had to take the burger apart to sc**** off as much as possible, but ended up with a ice cold burger that was by now falling apart. I could still taste the sauce and it spoilt the whole meal. To insult me further, 4 sachets of the ******* was added to my packet, which I binned, Steers could have saved money there. If I should find another place to buy burgers because I hate Steers' signature sauce, then so be it. I complained, got an email asking for my cellphone number, which was included in the initial complaint and that was the end of it. Terrible customer service Steers!
