TELEPHONIC ORDER DISASTER

I am so sad and dissapointed with STEERS Danvile. I phoned to place an order for delivery at around 19h18 on the 14th Nov, and was told it should take 45min to an hour. To my suprise, i phoned to check up on my order an hour and 40min later, at around 21h05. I was told my order is already out, on the wat to me. Mind you i m staying 10-15min away from the shop. Right now i am posting this review, it's 22h10 and i haven't received any, not even an update from their shop. It's almost 3 hours now. Why lie to a customer that the order is on the way ? And it's not the first time i had to wait 4 hours for them to delivery my order, and i turned their driver away, hence the apologised. I am interested to know why offering telephonic service if you know nothing about good service ?
