Telephone lines

I don't know why steers @denver has a phone line if they not going to answer it, I wanted to place an order for collection but they don't answer the phone, at this time during the pandemic isn't it wiser for them to answer phones and take orders please can you make us understand why the staff there is not answering phones now instead of driving by to collect I have to go and wait in line to order food
