Tasteless Steers

My wife ordered burger online for R104.80 got a discount of R50.00, she realized that she place an order in Wilgeheuwel instead of Phuthaditjhaba Free State. it was on the 29th of July 2022, she canceled the order by calling the store, they promised to refund her, though she was informed that her R50.00 voucher will no longer be valid which we understood. They said they cannot transfer that transaction to the store in our town since the stores are not the same. So they promised to refund her, they asked for her banking details so they can transfer her money, till today she has not received her money, when she call them, they give her an attitude and drop the call. I am very disappointed in steers.
