Tasteless food - Dry burgers and totally raw wings

I am so annoyed by Steers Mhluzi mall, I ordered online (Wacky Wednesday online deal and wings) for delivery . The burgers were dry, the chips no salt/seasoning and the wings were totally raw that I could not eat them. They also did not put sachets of salt and sauces. Now I have to drive back to return the wings wasting my time and money. This is totally unacceptable.
