System Issues – Inconvenienced

I visited Steers Mall@55 to make a purchase using my voucher. Unfortunately, their voucher system was offline at the time. Despite the assistant’s efforts to process the voucher by repeatedly trying the voucher option, the system kept giving errors. As a result, I was forced to pay the full price for my purchase even though I had a valid voucher. The fact that the system was not fully operational to accept vouchers caused me inconvenience and dissatisfaction with my experience.
