Super Bad lunch at Steers

I write this with huge disappointment being that steers is my favorite restaurant where I have always enjoyed their food. On the 30th of September 2019 after 1pm my colleague and I went to Steers Glenugie Pinetown where we fetched our order which we had placed online. We didn't expect anything and we rushed back to work as it was lunch time. To my surprise our mighty king steer burger patties were so burnt,one side of each,making it so hard to finish our burgers, chewing and swallowing was a painful experience. We had to get rid of them ended up eating the bun with the other stuff and threw away the patties. Since then we decided not to buy from steers and to look at other options for work lunch.
