Streets stole my money

<p>I placed an order online requesting for it to be delivered but got confirmation saying the order will be collected. Firstly i'm in no position to collect the order thats why I requested for it to be delivered. An hour later I called Steers about 8 times no answer. I tried again then the phone was answered by someone who said they cant find the order yet it was already paid for. Then she puts me through to someone else without telling me to a person who dropped the phone immediately as I started speaking. I called again then this time I spoke to someone else who said they would put me though to the manager at Spur in Vangate mall. The "manager" Ayesha just said hello about 5 time and the dropped the phone. What kind of service is this? Where is my money? Where is my order?</p>
