Streers Protea Glen Mall Disaster

Yesterday around 17:25 PM I was at Steers Protea Glen Mall, I bought original king steer combo, large chips and double rack ribs.

I waiting almost an hour for my order, then when I got home they didn't cook ribs well, I paid lot of money for **** service. How can you give a customer uncooked ribs?
