Stinking Attitude from Manager/Owner-Newmarket

Steers in New Market the Manager/Owner (by the name of NICK)there is very rude to the last degree. I was at drive thru for about 10 minutes because there was a car in front of me, when it was my turn to collect my food I asked why are they not apologizing for making me wait in a drive thru for that long, I was told the car in front of me was not happy so laying a complaint, I asked why didn't they ask them to park and go inside so that they can resolve their issue because that's what they have previously done to me. Nick was so rude saying I m complaining about the time and I am still waiting more time by complaining what am I hoping to achieve, he left and called someone else(junior to his position) to attend to me. I don't know if this is a race thing or what the problem is with Nick because the car in front of me was white people, he assist them, he left me and send his black junior to attend to me, like really? He even said if I've got time to play I can even park there for the whole day. yho that man's attitude, maybe its the way he treat his staff I don't know but he forgets I am not one of them but a customer.
