Steers...The worst service in TOWN

I am actually beyond words. The service industry in South Africa just seem to be lowering their standards and sadly, we as the customers are suffering.

I placed an order at Steers Rustenburg Square at 17:47. My order was paid for online (I regret doing this) I waited patiently for my order to arrive via delivery and over an hour later, I called the store to enquire.

They could not pick my details up, beyond frustrated, I was put on old. After spelling my name over and over again and repeating my cell number, they picked my order up. I was told my order was on its way.

After 7:40 I called the store again . I repeated the process above and with my patience running beyond thin, I was told the driver was on his way.

At 8:36 I called the store again and requested to speak to the manager. The manager took my details with great difficulty and told me my order has not even been processed. He then tried to offer me free chips to apologize. Sorry, 3 Hours of waiting and all those phone calls cannot be fixed with a free order of chips.

How on earth can a store feed you so many stories and expect you to be happy.

3 hours of waiting. 3 different stories. Ages spent on the phone. And sadly no order delivered.

I demand a refund for my order. The store said they don't know how to process refunds for online orders but STEERS will need to sort this out.

I am disgusted and so unhappy. Never again will I order from Steers. This was the last time.

Refund. Asap.
