Steers/Smartshopper Voucher Failure

I went Steers to redeem a Pick 'n Pay Smartshopper voucher - and that was when the trouble started. I have subsequently written to Steers and Pick 'n Pay but have heard nothing. The Steers system seems unable to handle the vouchers. After a 35 minute battle - with at one stage 5 staff members involved I walked out with a meal but without the problem being resolved.
