STEERS Zambezi Junction Poor service

For the 1st time we decided to order via the STEERS app for Delivery on their wacky Wednesday promotion from our STEERS branch that is 5 minutes from our home, due to me being pregnant at 35 weeks, this sounded convenient but turned out to be blood boiling 2 hours with disappointing cold food. The order was placed at 18h00 with payment completed, received a phone call from the branch just after 6 confirming my order, and was thinking wow this is awesome service, that turned out to be no service. Phoned the branch at 19h02 to find out where my order is, the lady answering the phone, have a huge lack of communication skills, as I literally had to scream at her so that she can hear me, just to advise her no they are beyond on delivering orders, as they only have 1 driver, I asked her then is my order out or still at the branch so that I can collect it myself, she cannot answer me, asked for my order number that I gave her - Order # ***6 and she advised to phone back, she phoned back, 19h08 she phoned back stating just hold on, as she cannot found my order, then requested my name and surname, again not founding my order and then informed me that I must speak to the manager. The manager advised that the driver was in an accident, but is on their way to deliver in the next 20 minutes. Just after 19h30 my husband phoned the branch again and asked where is the driver, to be advised he is on his way, he still have deliveries before ours, 19h45 we received our food. The package seal was broken, the food was cold and my kid's chicken burgers were on a bun with a chicken fillet on, nothing else! The only request was no sauce on the chicken, does that mean all the rest on the burger falls off as well? Our beef burgers were cold and tasteless not to mention the Crispy onion rings that I added as an extra were literally only crumps. This was our first and last with STEERS.
