Steers. YOUR SERVICE IS DISGUSTING!!

I ordered online at 17h19 and had to call to query why my order had not arrived at 6h36 PM. The person answering the phone said an order takes 45 minutes to an hour. So I told her that it was over that time. She went to go check my order and confirmed that the order was still at the shop. I enquired about the waiting time she said and the run around. I asked for a manager but she referred me to the call center. The call center said a manager will call. Only for the delivery guy to call me 30 minutes later. Then the manager after I was upset I was upset with the delivery guy to apologies. It was 2 hours later that my order was made and you want to call and apologize for an order that is still at the store? Your service is disgusting to say the least!!!!
