Steers wrong order

Ordered online, with covid did not check order in the location, got home and got two bland burgers instead of a prince and a king steer, chips also wring sizes, complained online as this was an online order, only got sms that case was resolved, you owe me almost R70 ??? How do you call that resolved? Reason i did not go back as it will be an hour round trip.
