Steers - WORST TAKE AWAYS IN NEW GERMANY

STEERS NEW GERMANY. Bought a online special from them. Food arrived 1 hour later cold and the wrong order. Phoned and was told that they are sorry but that are struggling with delivery people (hence the cold food) and that they would speak to the owner and come back to me about my order. 4 days later I phoned the call center, who contacted the branch. They phoned me back saying that they had been trying to get hold of me but my number just goes onto voice mail.......... funny when everyone else can get through so the only assumption I have is that it is a lie. Anyway the good news is that for messing up 4 burgers and delivering cold food they would offer me a whopping 10% discount on my next order. Well I told the lying person, with his happy little voice, the same one who had been trying to get hold of me for days (hahahahaha) to stick it up his ********** I will truly go out of my way to tell everyone NOT to ever buy from Steers again.
