Steers worst service

Worst service we ever had at steers festival mall. We went there with my husband for dinner. We placed an order 20min later we still hadn’t got our order, people who bought after us already collected their orders. We went to ask when is ours coming, a lady whom was selling us sail just now now and 15min later we were still waiting until we askew for manager who promised to bring our meal soon. Indeed our meal came but with no sauces and serviets. We also had to ask for those. To add on that a shop floors were so dirty and food was not nice compared to other Steers restaurants . I understand that it was almost knockoff time but service and hygiene has to be the same the whole day
