Steers worst food outlet ever

Today i purchased steers double rib meal from steers chris hani road. When i get home and open my takeaway box, i see that there is exactly 10 ribs in the box. I then go back to the store to complain and i am told "sorry sir, that is the double rib rack." I then responded with what *** only has 5 ribs in its rib cage? And the response from the staff was the meat shrinks when its cooked. I asked again how is 10 ribs a double rack and i am then told, this is what the company has delivered and stated to be a double rack. I am disgusted in the service, attitude and quantity of food. Does steers think that we as customers are stupid? R174.90 for 10 ribs which were no longer nor thicker than my baby finger.
