Steers Woodmead, Sandton. Poor service

On May 9, 2025, I placed an order with Steers Woodmead at 11:28 am, consisting of 4 burgers and 2 medium chips. Upon delivery at 12:00 pm, I found one burger had no patty or garnish, and the other three were cold and dry. I immediately contacted Hilda, the manager, who offered to replace the burger, estimating a 20–25-minute wait, after waiting, I called again at 13:00 pm, and Hilda stated the driver had just left to deliver. At 13:30 pm, I called again, only to be told they didn't have available drivers, resulting in an almost 2 hours wait for food that hadn't left the store. the replacement burger only arrived at 14:05 pm.
