Steers wont refund money they deducted from my account and I received no order

Ordered from steers app and didnt receive order but money was taken out my account the customer service and store manager of the steers I ordered from the one in Morningside 90 degrees mall has been given me the run around if after I sent her my bank statement as requested since the 18th of may I still haven't gotten a refund I just get ignore
