Steers Wetton circle Drive thru pathetic service.

On more than one occasion i went to the drive thru at steers in wetton and waited for more than 20 minutes in the drive thru. both times the milkshakes were not made which then forced me to wait even longer for my order. The communication in the drive thru is hopeless as i waited for my food idling out who knows how much petrol and when my food was brought to me i then asked where are my milkshakes the attendant just closed the sliding window and the milkshakes were not even started, to top it all off the order was still incorrect as i ordered without onions and tomato and both meals came with onions and tomato. When calling to place an order at wetton circle foods from steers there is nobody equipped to accurately assist as on more than one occasion i had waited almost a hour for my food and i literally stay a stone throw away from steers. when i called to complain the manager told me that one of the drivers had an accident however they have all my contact details and no effort was made to contact me and inform me of this misfortune. Who will take responsibility for this because it seems like the consumer is always the loser.
