STEERS WETTON - CATCH A WAKE UP PEOPLE!! REVOLTING SERVICE AND FOOD

We are ABSOLUTELY FUMING about our delivery from STEERS, WETTON.

My office and I placed an order ONLINE at 10h30am in 09/10/2019. After an HOUR I called the call center to ask why we had still not received our order...I was told by the agent that our order had been collected and was out for delivery...it would be DELIVERED in the next 10-15 minutes. After ANOTHER 30 minutes we had STILL not received our order and so I called the call center AGAIN...This time I was told that our order was DELIVERED at 11H15AM!!!!!!!! I then asked to speak to a manager at the store and was kept on hold for a further 12 minutes - the woman eventually came back to me claiming there was no answer at the wetton store!!!!! I was then given the numbers of two managers - one manager didn't even answer my call, I did manager to speak to the other manager. I explained how UNHAPPY we were regarding our order...I was promised the matter would be sorted shortly. 20 min later I received a call from another "manager" who had the excuse to tell me that our order was "a bit late" as it was wacky Wednesday and they were "VERY BUSY" and we were "out of their delivery area"?????????????????? BUT MY ORDER WAS ACCEPTED????? UNBELIEVABLE SERVICE!!!

To then put the final cherry on top...Our order FINALLY ARRIVES AT 13H00PM...AND ALL THE BURGERS ARE RAW AND ICE COLD!!!!!!!!! I can HONESTLY say that this was the MOST DEPLORABLE service and food our office has EVER had the unfortunate experience with in over 10 YEARS.

STEERS WETTON - we suggest your branch be investigated by the Steers head offices as to WHAT THE HELL is going on in your branch!!!!
