Steers Westonaria Worst service ever

I had received absolutely horrible service the food was over an hour late and was in a completely messed up state. I had called the called the call centre for the store over 5 times call was cut in my ear 3 times had received a don't care attitude from the agents and was told that this would be escalated and the store manager would be contacting me which never happened. I'm completely appalled at this level of service, given that i am someone who actually comes from the service industry this is by far the worst level of service i have ever received or witnessed and something should be done to rectify the issue.
