Steers - Waterglen Shopping Centre

I would formally like to put a complaint on this branch Steers Waterglen in Pretoria.

I placed an online order and was tracking to see where my order was and the next thing I see it’s delivered. I called the branch from my partners cell phone and spoke to a lady and told her the situation and she said she will call the driver. I also told her that they cannot say delivered when the food isn’t as they are bull****ting the system making it look like they are delivering food quicker than what they are but what they don’t understand is that it’s frustrating for us the consumer as we can’t track our orders and panic as to where our food is. I had to call her back and she informed me the driver would be there in a few minutes. Our food only got delivered at 19:25 and not at 18:56.

Please investigate this as this unacceptable and I will not order from this branch again.
