Steers watergate Pathetic

I was utterly disgusted with the service I got from steers watergate... Im going to take it much further On the 8th May 2020 I placed an orders from steers at 1oclock afternoon.... To deliver at 6pm....i then confirmed at 3 to find out if my order is stil confirmed... And they confirmed it.... Pass 6 came and stil havent received my order... I then phoned and they responded that's its on its way...still nothing

It came close to 7pm when I phoned again.... They told me that they Wil phone the delivery guy.... And they will immediately phone me back... I stil haven't received any call..... It's pathetic to have service like this.... I'm a Muslim and my family and I were depending on our food being delivered...and we got nothing This is the worst service I have ever received
